His ambition : as the " Guardian " of the family estate, to make it a prosperous concern he Vineyard It consists of forty hectares divided between two plots : ALAIGNE & its clay/chalk hillsides, slow maturing, & BELVEZE of lighter soil & therefore earlier maturing. The wines are the result of a mixture of these two soils, planted mainly with Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Sauvignon. a Cuvée Prestige This is produced from selected picking & long fermentation.
